The Bottle Rocket is the bare bones of The Rocket it contains all the elements for all the other Rocket routines. When you attend Rocket training it is the first routine that you will learn. We have added all the dolphins and elbow stands in their appropriate place to make the hand out as accurate as possible. Bottle Rocket is based on Larry Schultz's noon class at his studio in San Francisco.
