* Amber Jean ‘s Bottle Rocket which are mini 1 hour routines that focus on different aspects of the practice

* Healing Hands Workshop

Schedule
Friday - 5pm - 8pm Rocket 1
Saturday 9am - 5pm Rocket 2 and you have an opportunity to teach and adjust a class at Yoga ah, we will discuss and have exercises based on how to teach “emersons vinyasa” to beginners
Sunday 9am - 5pm Bottle Rocket 2 fun and handstand cross training 

What makes this training special?
This training is limited to 8 participants so you will get a very hands on experience working with Amber Jean in a safe supportive setting. You will receive lead practices as well as have time to “practice teach” and learn how to share Emersons Rocket Vinyasa in your community.

What is Emerson Rocket?
Emerson Rocket means that you will receive your certificate with a blessing from Larry Schultz. Larry was the original creator of Rocket Yoga Training and after he passed Amber Jean continued his work, developing the Emerson Vinyasa Advanced Teacher Training which honors the tradition of Ashtanga yoga and embraces the creativity of Larry Schultz Rocket Yoga. Also you will learn Bottle Rocket routines developed by Amber Jean to make “rocket” more accessible.

Who should take this training?
This training is most suitable for anyone who has taken a 200 hour training and want to deepen their knowledge.
