Who is this training for?
Yoga enthusiasts who are curious about the tradition of Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga.
What will you learn?
Practical routines that you will be able to share with your yoga community and better tools to strengthen your home practice. We will cover Medicine Rocket, Bottle Rocket and practice Rocket 1 and 2.
What is Cross - Training?
This is a term we use that describes movements woven into the yoga practice they are based in mat pilates, using a way to train inversion, lots of core work and movements that will help your yoga practice improve.
What is the difference between Rocket Training and Emerson Training?
Emerson training is based on Amber's 26 years of sharing and instructing rocket and ashtanga and is designed as a therapeutic approach to carry you through different stages of life.
Is this training approved by Yoga Alliance?
YES, it is considered 50 hours CEU’s by yoga alliance in the United States.
What can you call your class?
We encourage you to call your classes Emerson Yoga, Bottle Rocket, Medicine Rocket or Rocket inspired. Or continue to call your classes the same as they are now and sprinkle in all the tip and tricks you will learn.
Where is the studio located and what is the neighborhood like?
Yoga ah is in Cincinnati Ohio located in a walking neighborhood called Northside. Northside offers loads of food and coffee options. |
Where can you stay?
We have Air B and B’s walking distance from the studio or we recommend staying at a local hotel. If you need recommendations let Amber know, our area code is 45223.
How can you register?
You can register by paying a 250.00 deposit
When is the remaining balance due?
As long as you the remaining balance of 500.00 prior to the training you will be good to go?
Are there any discounts for the training?
YES, if you pay in full you can save 25.00 for a full tuition of 725.00
