Learn the Larry Schultz Method of Rocket Yoga. We are a Rocket Yoga School that is run by Amber Jean-Marie a long time student of Larry Schultz. We uphold the highest standards for our trainings and graduates. We are an extension of Yoga ah Studio in Cincinnati Ohio where we offer Larry Schultz’s Rocket Yoga system since we opened in 2007. We offer Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga Training and Certifications.

In our school you will learn classical Rocket 1,2 and 3 as well as Modified Primary series and MDR or Minimum Daily Requirements. We have extended our system to include Bottle Rocket which are 1 hour routines. We also encourage developing a self practice of all the rocket routines.
